Community Services’ FCSS offers support and resource navigation to residents. The Community Support Worker will assess the needs of those facing a broad range of social issues and help them navigate and connect to appropriate community resources. The Community Support Worker can assist community members with referrals and help to bridge any barriers that they may encounter while accessing services.
