Reaching out for support can be one of the most challenging steps to take, but it is also one of the most important. Life’s difficulties can feel overwhelming at times, and it is natural to seek guidance and understanding. My aim is to offer a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. I take a collaborative process that empowers you to navigate life’s challenges with confidence, helping you uncover new perspectives and solutions. Seeking support is a courageous act of self-care. About me

I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist with a deep passion for supporting individuals and couples on their journey toward mental health and well-being. I graduated from the City University of Seattle with a Master of Counselling degree, where I honed my skills and deepened my understanding of therapeutic techniques. With over five years of experience in community addiction and mental health services, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with individuals facing various challenges. I’ve seen firsthand the transformative power of therapy, and I’m committed to offering empathetic, effective support to those in need.

My Approach to Counselling

I offer a person-centred approach that honours your individual experiences and perspective. Practicing from a trauma-informed and humanistic perspective, I blend various approaches to meet your unique needs. Some of these approaches are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Gottman Level 1 & 2. I recognize how life experiences shape our perceptions and aim to empower you by exploring your inner strength. I view counselling as a partnership grounded in trust and respect, and it would be an honor to walk along side you on your therapy journey.
