Wellness Matters Webinar - Wellness through Winter
If you are someone who finds the winter months challenging to your mood and mental health, this talk is for you. During the winter, it can be challenging to engage socially and get outside on cold, dark days in the same way we might in earlier times of the year. There are also many who experience winter as a busy time to prepare and participate in holiday gatherings with family and friends, which can sometimes come with both fun and stress. There are also many who experience more symptoms of low mood, loneliness, anxiety, and grief during the winter months. In this talk, we explore ways to help improve your mental health wellness through the winter months.
